If an item you have seen is no longer available, or if you would like to have something specially made, please give us a call on 0845 1304281 (UK) or +44 845 1304281 (Overseas). A ‘Special Order’ is one that will be made especially for you. Because of this, the item cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (unless it has a defect or has been damaged in transit).
On placing your ‘Special Order’, we will send you a written confirmation with an estimated date of delivery. We ask that you reply to us via e-mail to confirm your acceptance of the ‘Special Order’ Terms and Conditions. As soon as we receive payment your order will be processed. Payment can be made in full or by means of a 50% deposit, the balance being payable before we despatch your order.
